  • Is the Entire Villa for rent?

    For the privacy, safety and comfort of our guests. The villa is rented in its entirety for one booking at a time.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    For cancellations two weeks (14 days) prior to check-in host will refund 50% of the nightly rate fee and 100% of the security deposit and cleaning fees.

    For cancellations less than two weeks (14 days) prior to check-in host only refund 100% of the security deposit and cleaning fee.

  • Do you have a minimum night stay?

    There is a 3 night minimum stay with US$500 cleaning/service fee per booking.

  • Can we come early or stay late?

    The standard check-in time is 3pm. The standard check-out time is 11am.

    You may not arrive early or stay late without permission as this can disrupt our cleaner's schedule.

    Please inquire regarding check-in and check-out times 1 week prior to your stay as we offer a few options for arriving early or departing later (Flex Check).

  • Is Blue Shell Villa wheelchair accessible?

    No, Blue Shell Villa is not wheel chair accessible at this time. However, we are working to make improvements to enhance the future experience for all guests.

  • What personal care amenities are included?

    Blue Shell Villa provides all the basics: shampoo, conditioner, body gel, and bar soap. Hair dryers are also provided in each bathroom.

  • Is smoking permitted at Blue Shell Villa?

    While smoking is not permitted inside the Villa, smoking is allowed outside on the property in designated areas. All cigarettes should be disposed of the receptacles and ash trays. Violation of the smoking guidelines will result in a US$2000 fine.

  • Can we include extra guests?

    For the comfort and safety of all guests, Blue Shell Villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests at any time. Guests count beyond this capacity will incur an additional US$200 per night/ per guest.

  • Are linens included?

    Yes. Blue Shell Villa sources high quality sheets and linen for luxurious comfort of all guests, which includes bath towels and extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. All beds include pillow and mattress protectors.

    Bed sheets and linens that are stained/soiled as a result of negligence or deliberate acts, will incur the full replacement cost of the line set. This ensures that all guests enjoy the highest quality of cleanliness and comfort.

    Colored face towels are provided for make-up removal. There is a US$75 fee for each white/ non-colored towel that is used to remove make-up.

  • What's provided for cooking?

    Blue Shell Villa booking includes a Private Chef and Butler. Prior to your arrival coordination of menus and meals will be confirmed.

    The refrigerator and freezer are clean and empty for guests. Guests are also welcomed to the coffee/tea bar.

  • Is there a grill?

    Yes, there is access to a grill, which will be operated by our in-house Chef while you sit back, relax and enjoy your vacation.

  • Are there cameras inside or outside the property?

    There are no interior cameras. There are several cameras on the exterior of the property in publicly visible areas. We value the privacy of our guests.

  • Do guests have access to a laundry room?

    Laundry is an add-on service provided to guests by Blue Shell Villa Staff.

  • Is there secured storage?

    There is secured storage in each room which includes a safe large enough to secure a laptop.

  • How can I stay in touch if not ready to book yet?

    Blue Shell Villa has a quarterly newsletter - you can sign up on the website to be kept up to date on local events, property features and seasonal availability. Guest information is never included in this newsletter.

  • I just booked - What's next?

    You will receive a confirmation email of your dates and then approximately 2 days before your stay you will receive an email with the door code and instructions on how to access our Guest Guide. If you have questions before then please feel free to reach out anytime at Stay@BlueShellVilla.com

  • Is there pool access?

    There is no lifeguard on the property. No diving is allowed. Children must not be left unattended at any time while on the property, especially by the pool area, rooftop, stairs and balconies. No glass is allowed by the pool area. No running by the pool area. There are no designated hours to the pool area, we request that you be respectful to our neighbors.

  • Are parties or events permitted?

    We strive to create a safe and comfortable family-friendly experience for all guests. The villa offers several spaces for gathering as a group with music, drinks and dance. However, the following activities are prohibited, including but limited to adult-oriented activities such as “Only Fans”, filming of any kind, or events. The villa is located in an upscale gated community and so we ask our guests to be neighborly by not playing excessively loud.

    Registered guests can play music, dance, play games and enjoy the amenities of the villa. The property is not intended for guests who are solely looking for a venue to party or host public events.

  • Is there access Medical Care if needed

    Things happen during vacations, and so, we offer an optional pre-paid package of a Physician-On-Call, and Pharmacy prescription delivery to guests at the villa. The pre-paid cost is US$200 per stay or US$300 after your arrival.

    The property does include a first aid kit located in the kitchen pantry.

  • Are pets permitted?

    While we know pets are part of the family, we are unable to host pets at the villa. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation.

  • Is Airport Transportation Available?

    Yes, we can arrange transportation to and from all airports. Guests may select this add-on service in the Guest Guide.

    The best way to reserve dates at Blue Shell Villa is to book directly on this website via the "Book Your Stay” button. Although Blue Shell Villa is listed on other 3rd party booking sites, those sites add service/booking fees that can add up to 18% onto your total. We are happy to answer any questions prior to booking via Stay@BlueShellVilla.com.
